This year I have been blessed with meeting beautiful families. Many of them became first-time parents and I was visiting their homes to capture one of the most important moments of their life. Baby photo sessions are one of my favourites.
Esther contacted me a few months back when her baby boy was already a couple of months old. I was super excited about the session because I knew how lovely babies are at that age. Their look is full of interest, their facial expressions are mesmerising. They also start to smile and the smiles are just everything.
Our session began outside in the garden. The session took place during our heatwave here and it was hot! After our pictures outdoors, Esther asked me if we can do a bath for her boy.
Straight away I said yes! It was such a great thing to do and it was great capturing parents looking after their boy and giving him a gentle bath.
After the bath, there was time for lots of cuddles and kisses. Otto fell asleep in mummy’s arms. Both parents were cuddling him and giving him so much love.
I thoroughly enjoyed this baby photo session with Esther and her family. The family showed so much love and I feel blessed I could capture one of the most important moments of their life.
