Following on from my post where I shared with you my editing process I would like to show you a few before and after examples of my work. It will give you a little inside of how the images look before the edit.
As I mentioned in my previous post I use two core presets. One for outdoor shoots and one for indoor shoots. I also often underexpose my images so that the details are not blown out. If you are at the beginning of your photography journey I would recommend you underexposing as opposed to overexposing. With modern camera equipment and software, you’ll be amazed what detail you can bring back from an underexposed photo. However, it is much more challenging to recover detail lost through overexposure.
The examples I am sharing with you are from a newborn photo session, a family photo session and a few from a maternity photo session. Hopefully, with these examples, you will get a little flavour of my style 🙂
If you are at the beginning of your photography career you are also welcome to write to me. I would be happy to share some tips with you and hopefully, they will help you in developing your own unique style.
Till next time
