Last summer was a lot of fun. I met some incredible families. Listened to some beautiful stories and saw a lot of love. Today I am sharing with you my favourite images from a family photo session in Hampshire. We had a beautiful evening and the session was so fun!
It was the second time I was photographing this family. I was amazed to see how much the little boy has changed since I last saw him. He had a birthday not a long time before the session and it was a perfect way to celebrate this important milestone.
Our session took place in a lovely field. I liked the way it created a rustic look for the session. There was time for a book reading. The little boy loved “The Hungry Caterpillar book”. He was pointing at all the food and it was very cute. We then asked “where is your belly” and he happily pointed and touched his belly laughing out loud. Moments like this create such beautiful images.
Before the end of the session, mum brought a colourful ribbon. The little boy was so happy to play with it. The ribbon was going up and down and made him giggle a lot! We also used a blanket to hide him and play peek a boo. It was another winner during the session.
I loved this family photo session and I already can’t wait to see this family again early next year for another great session. I am sure by then he will be running and playing more fun games. Can’t wait!
Till next time
