If you follow me on Instagram or have recently taken a look at my newborn gallery, you know by now that almost all my newborn sessions take place at the client’s home. During a newborn session, I aim to make sure you feel comfortable. Home is where your heart is. It is a special place for your family and I think having a newborn photo session at home is just perfect.
Every time I photograph a newborn baby I feel privileged. It is wonderful to be welcomed to your home and be there to create memories for your family. Today I am sharing with you this beautiful newborn photo shoot at home.
Both parents were welcoming and they look so lovely. They dressed their little girl in a gorgeous outfit too. We started our session in the master bedroom and then moved onto the nursery. I fell in love with the nursery straight away. Grandma was helping to create the beautiful space as well and I thought it was so sweet.
Lastly, we took images downstairs in the living room and we created a cosy, relaxed atmosphere. The baby girl was doing so great during the session. We had moments when she was sleeping, being awake and of course I managed to capture her lovely yawn.
Newborn photo sessions at home are very special to me. They tell a story about your family and your life. Photographs taken on the day are a reminder of how beautiful and special those first cuddles and kisses felt.
